Terms of Service for AIR BATTLE

Welcome to AIR BATTLE. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the mobile game AIR BATTLE (the "Game"), developed and published by Gameoona ("we," "our," or "us"). By downloading, installing, or playing the Game, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using AIR BATTLE, you confirm that you accept these Terms and that you agree to comply with them. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may use the Game only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.
2. License to Use the Game
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use AIR BATTLE on a device that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. This license does not allow you to resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the Game.
3. Acceptable Use
When using AIR BATTLE, you agree that you will not:
- Copy, modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works of the Game.
- Use cheats, exploits, automation software, bots, hacks, or any unauthorized third-party software to modify or interfere with the Game.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Game, its systems, or any related services.
- Use the Game for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair it.
4. Intellectual Property
All content in AIR BATTLE — including but not limited to graphics, characters, artwork, audio, code, logos, and the "AIR BATTLE" and "Gameoona" names — is owned by Gameoona and protected by intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved by us.
5. In-Game Content and Updates
All game progress, scores, and settings are stored locally on your device. We may release updates, patches, or new features from time to time to improve the Game. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Game (or any part of it) at any time without prior notice.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
AIR BATTLE is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, and we make no guarantees regarding its performance on any particular device.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gameoona shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, AIR BATTLE.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Game after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
